TranslateRalph has over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, value creation, and managing at the profit and loss level. This experience spans leading Fortune 100, pre-IPO, both small and large privately held companies and his own successful consulting practice. Over 15 years were spent in various executive roles including sales, marketing, and operations in the Asia, Pacific and Latin American Marketplaces. As result, he has conducted business in over 25 countries.
Most recently, he was a partner/GM in a manufacturing business. While at the helm, he grew revenues by 70%. Following the sale of the business in May, 2015 he worked with the new ownership to insure a seamless transition.
Today he is the Managing Partner for R&D Business Planning which specializes in creating value for companies by focusing on the top line.
Ralph has been married to his wife Donna for 45+ years and has two grown sons. He has been actively involved in his community, serving on the Central Bucks Chamber Youth in Business Committee, the American Cancer Society Walk for Life and on the Executive Board of the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia.
